For our latest activity, we are planning to make a huge supportive card for Underwater World Langkawi! This activity will be be supported by MJSC Langkawi homeroom community and will be credited as the homeroom’s activities as well. Students will gain marks for doing this card which is a plus for everyone! For each homeroom, they need to submit atleast one card with the maximum size of A4 and minimum size of a standard post-it paper. I hope with this card being sent to Underwater World will show them that we care and are concern for what had happen.

Tragic news. Cruel culprits.
News at the papers today broke our heart immensely. Can you believe?? 600 fishes at Underwater World is poisoned to death! How could people be so cruel? Killing innocent fishes for their own selfish intentions. Underwater World is one of the organisations that is set to protect the marine life. And after losing approximately RM200000, i bet it’s not that easy for the management to get back on track. Haezel cried reading the news. We had the most absolute fun at Underwater World last week. The creatures may be big and look menacing, but the fact is, they are very beautiful and fragile creatures. We were hoping that for this project, we will be able to show our friends and everyone how special they are and why it is important for us to save them. People who killed the fishes are plain cruel. We hope that the police will detect that culprit as soon as possible and they will be justificated accordingly.A huge condolences from The SeaKings to Underwater World especially to worker Mr Malik Azmin. We know how you feel, it’s like losing a child you’ve taken care of for so long.

Thank you Maxis~
Haha. We are so relieved that the deadline for phase 2 has been changed to 6 November. We had to admit we were facing a few problems in implementing our project proposed due to the fasting months especially because of that our activities are mainly outdoors. You’re the best!

On Friday, 21st September 2007, Athirah, Hazimah and Haezel went to UnderWater World Langkawi to make some surveys and dealing with the management. Unfortunately, the manager wasn’t in. We met the Marketing & Communications Assistant and he asked us to fax the proposal for the manager to read for an official agreement. He seems to be very interested and hopefully that they will agree to be ur main supporter for our project. Then, we visited the place to gain some more information about the marine life for our own preparation. We have many plans in our head already now we had seen the place. Seeing the wonderful colourful fishes and corals, we are now more excited than ever to continue with our project to save the marine life and ensure their continuity in this world. We went back to college at 2.30 pm, tired but very happy.
